Sanitarian Obikoya Babatunde Isaac was born on 8th February 1972 at Epe General Hospital, Lagos State. He is a native of Idena Town in Agbowa-Ikosi-Ejirin LCDA, Lagos State. He had his early education at Solomon Primary School and Epe Grammar School, and later studied at the College of Health Technology, Lagos State, the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and Adekunle Ajasin University. He is also affiliated with several professional bodies. He began his career in Local Government service in 1994 and has served in several councils including Ojo, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Bariga LCDA, Surulere, and Onigbongbon LCDA. Over the years, he has distinguished himself through dedication, professionalism, and strong public service commitment. His work in environmental sanitation and local government administration has earned him recognition, with notable contributions to improving environmental cleanliness across communities. Beyond his career, he is a passionate football enthusiast who represented his school and community, building values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance that continue to guide his service. He is currently focused on contributing to the transformation of Apapa Local Government, aiming to restore its environmental appeal and make it a clean, safe, and welcoming community.
